Please follow our rules, they are for both yours and your dog(s) safety, which is always most important to us as dog lovers.

1) Please make sure that both you and your dog(s) remain in your vehicle until the previous customer has loaded their dog(s) and left the premises. This also means leaving the enclosure in a timely manner.

2) Please make sure that your dog(s) remain on leash at all times you and your dog(s) are outside the enclosure. This includes making sure you secure your dog(s) leads properly before you leave the enclosure.

3) We are doing our very best to keep the enclosure at an affordable rate for everyone in these difficult times, because of this we are asking that you clean up after your dog(s) and take it home. We supply poo bags ,so please dispose of any waste in the proper manner.

4) Please make sure you take the time to read our disclaimer. We accept no responsibility or liability when you use our enclosure.

5) And finally...... have loads of fun with your dog(s), with the knowledge that they are completely safe from all hazards. Which as dog owners it is our responsibility to do so. A tired dog is a happy dog, a happy dog is not destructive.

While at K9s Unleashed, you must agree that you do so at you and your dog(s) own risk. Your dog(s) behaviour is solely your responsibility!

At K9's Unleashed, you are completely responsible for you and your dogs safety and welfare both on our property and that of the neighbouring land. We only accept responsible dog owners on our premises. They must keep within the law of responsible dog ownership. At K9's Unleashed we will not accept any liability for loss, injury or death.

All transport vehicles parked within K9's Unleashed boundaries are left at the owners risk. We accept no responsibility for any accidents or damage caused whilst parked at K9's Unleashed.

We as the organizer and the landowner will not accept any responsibility for any damage or injury caused to property, individuals or animals when using our exercise fields or buildings.

If any damage is caused to our fields, fences, equipment or property, as the dog(s) owner, you will be liable to pay for the repairs in full.

On arrival and departure to K9's Unleashed it is your responsibility to be on time entering and exiting the area. Please allow enough time to unload and load your dog(s) back into your vehicle. Your slot includes arriving, unloading your dog(s), getting to your booked area, time in the fenced area, exiting the area, loading you dog(s), getinto the enclosure, time in the fenced area, exiting the area, loading your dog(s) back into your vehicle and then departing our premises within your time slot.

At K9's Unleashed it is your responsibility to ensure that our facilities are suitable for you and your dog(s) specific requirements. Please make careful consideration of our fence heights, our animals, the exercise areas, access and the area surrounding K9's Unleashed property.

Any equipment used at K9s Unleashed is done so at you and your dog(s) own risk. We accept no liability for any damage, injury or death.

It is up to each individual dog owner to make sure that whilst their dog(s) is at K9's Unleashed their behaviour is not vicious or dangerous to people, other dog(s) or animals they may encounter on our premises, as we accept no responsibility or liability caused by any dangerous or vicious dog(s) behaviour.

All children must stay with you and must be fully supervised at all times. We will not tolerate any abusive behaviour at K9's Unleashed.
